2. Initial Fees

The initial onboarding or process initiation fee paid at the time of enrollment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

This fee covers:

  • Consultation

  • Case assessment

  • Documentation review

  • Account setup

  • Service activation


3. Monthly Consultancy Fees

All monthly service fees paid towards ongoing consultancy and support services are non-refundable, irrespective of:

  • Settlement progress

  • Lender response

  • Client financial changes

  • Early closure or termination

  • Client decision to discontinue services

Once services for a billing period have commenced, no refund shall be provided for that period.


4. Client-Initiated Cancellation

The client may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email or official communication channel.

Upon cancellation:

  • Services shall cease from the next billing cycle

  • No refunds shall be issued for any fees already paid

  • Any pending dues remain payable


5. Company-Initiated Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund in cases including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment or repeated delayed payments

  • False or misleading information

  • Non-cooperation in process

  • Violation of agreement terms

  • Misuse of services


6. Exceptional Situations

Refunds may be considered solely at the Company’s discretion in rare circumstances involving:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical billing errors

Any such refund shall be processed only after internal verification and approval.


7. No Chargebacks Policy

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals through banks, wallets, or payment gateways once payment is made for services rendered or activated.

Any misuse of chargeback facilities shall be treated as a breach of agreement and may result in legal action.


8. Changes to This Policy

LoanResolution.org reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Continued use of services indicates acceptance of revised terms.
