6. Grievance Redressal
If you have any grievance during the agreement period, it may be escalated as follows:
Level 1: escalation@loanresolution.org
Level 2: operations@loanresolution.org
Level 3: head@loanresolution.org
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:
The aggrieved party must first follow the escalation mechanism prescribed above.
If not satisfied, a formal notice must be served before initiating legal action.
The opposite party must respond within 30 days of receiving the notice.
If unresolved, the aggrieved party may approach:
Courts of Law in Delhi, or
Delhi International Arbitration Centre for appointment of an Arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (as amended).
The decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding.
